Refund Policy

At iXL Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and creative services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties.
1. Service-Based Engagements
Because our services involve significant time, effort, and creative resources from the outset, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced on a project, a full refund may not be possible.
2. Before Work Begins
If you cancel your engagement before any work has started (i.e., before strategy, research, or asset creation has begun), you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made. Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
3. After Work Has Begun
Once work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed. We will provide a clear breakdown of deliverables completed and hours invested. Any unused portion of a retainer or project fee may be refunded at our discretion.
4. Monthly Retainers
For ongoing monthly retainer agreements (e.g., social media management, performance marketing), cancellations require a minimum of 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable, as resources and schedules are allocated in advance.
5. Disputes & Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make reasonable revisions at no additional cost. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we believe in resolving concerns through open communication before considering a refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs (ad spend, stock assets, software licenses, domain purchases)
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Completed and delivered work that has been approved by the client
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at aadii@ixlenterprise.com with your name, project details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
